Search from present date back to title policy prior to current owner
Search from present date back to date of the last formal subdivision plat

Acreage, commercial property and miscellaneous will be billed on an hourly basis at $65.00 per hour.
A Search* shall include a check of the General indexes, Judgement indexes, Financing Statement indices, Law indices, Chancery indices, Tax records and where applicable miscellaneous liens such as storm water and weed cutting in the courthouse where the search is being done. Not all searches will include the "stacks of dailies".
There will be an additional charge for sketches of Plats, $3.00 for each rough drawing or sketch. Pick up and drop off services are available, additional charges may apply, Copies not included.
Payment for services is expected upon completion of work. Payments not made within 60 days of invoice are subject to 15% interest on the 61st day and again each additional 30 days.
